     William Eli “Bill” Treadway born 15 December 1877 in Swain Co., North Carolina, married three times.  He married firstly to Elizabeth Maybell Beck on 13 May 1904 in Swain Co., North Carolina.  She appears to have died early in their marriage.  Bill married secondly to Alice Ogle.  Alice was born in June 1898 in Tennessee, the daughter of Jason Ogle and Susanna McCarter.  They were listed in the 1910 Civil Dist. 11, Sevier Co., Tennessee Census and the 1920 Civil Dis. 6, Sevier Co., Tennessee Census.  It appears that Alice died sometime after that Census was taken.  Their children were:
