Treadaway born in May 1848 in Georgia, married Sarah Ann Lawless on 28 February 1869 in Floyd Co., Georgia.  Sarah was born on 01 August 1847 in Chattooga Co., Georgia, the daughter of Woodie Lawless and Sarah Parker.  They were listed in the 1880 Floyd Co., Georgia Census, the 1900 Ooostanaula, Gordon Co., Georgia Census and the 1910 Aurora, Etowah Co., Alabama Census.  Sarah was listed as a widow in the 1920 Texas Valley, Floyd Co., Georgia Census records.  She died on 01 May 1926 and is buried in the Armuchee Baptist Church Cemetery, Armuchee, Floyd Co., Georgia.  Their children were:
