The State of Missouri to all persons to whom these presents shall come Greeting. Know Ye that whereas Elizabeth Treadaway late of the County of Pike died intestate as it is Said having at the time of her death property in this State which may be lost destroyed or diminished in value if speedy care be not taken of the same to the end therefore that said property may be collected preserved and disposed of according to Lan_ I do hereby appoint Milton Treadaway Administrator of all and singular the goods and chattels rights and credits which were of the said Elizabeth Treadaway at the time of her death wish full former? and authority to secure and dispose of said property according to Law and Collect all monies due said deceased and in general to do and perform all other acts and things which are or hereafter may be required of him by Law

Estate of Elizabeth Treadaway Bond of Administration
Know all men by these presents that we Milton Treadaway as Principal and Washington Treadaway and Alexander McDannold as securities are held firmly bound unto the State of Missouri in the Sum of five hundred dollars for the true payment of which we hereby find ourselves our heirs Executors and administrators. Witness our hands and Seals this 21st day of March AD 1858. The Condition of this bond is that if Milton Treadaway administrator of the Estate of Elizabeth Treadway deceased shall faithfully administer said estate account for pay and deliver all money and property of said estate and perform all other things ___ghling said administration required by Law or the order or decree of any Court having jurisdiction then the above bond to be void otherwise to remain in full force.

George Treadaway Amos Treadway Elizabeth Ammon Delila Treadway Mary Baumster Sarah Treadway and Lucinda Scott residents of the State of Indiana and children of John Treadway and Sarah Treadway his widow of same State, Evaline James & Rosa Bell Bills of the State of Missouri and Laura Brenton of the State of Illinois the heirs of Mary Bills deceased Levi, Elizabeth and Martha Readin heirs of Martha Readin deceased Residents of the State of Indiana John Elizabeth and Mary Vanmeter the heirs of Elizabeth Vanmeter deceased and all residents of the State of Indiana Mary McIntire the Child of Rhoda Reed decd a resident of the State of Kentucky, Eliza Bonnell the widow of James Treadway decd, residents of the State of Indiana and Richard Treadway and Caroline Treadway other children of Said James residing in the State of Missouri Lucy Jane King the Widow and Edward Treadway the Child of Franklin Treadway of Ralls Washington Treadway of Pike Co., MO, Stephen Treadway of Montgomery Co. Kentucky Newton Treadway of Bartholomew Co Indiana and Milton Treadway of Pike Co MO. the best of his knowledge are the only heirs of

Elizabeth Treadaway deceased that said decedent died Without a Will that he will make a perfect inventory of and faithfully administer the estate of Said decedent and pay the debts as far as the assets will extend and the law direct and account for and pay all assets which shall come to his possession or Knowledge
