     This Indenture Made the fourth day of the fourth month /April/ in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twelve.  Between John Binum and Christiana his Wife and Jacob Baker of the township of Deptford in the County of Glocester in the State of New Jersey of the first part and Zetthu Treadway of the township and County aforesaid of the second part.  Whereas Henry Treadway late of the township aforesaid deceased was lawfully seized in fee of land in certain Plantation and tract of land situate in the township of aforesaid, and by his last Will and Testament duly executed did give and devise the same unto his son Henry Treadway who being so thereof seized died having first made his last Will and Testament in writing bearing date the tenth day of November Anno Domini 1789.  Whereby he did give and devise the same to his five sons namely Henry, Nathan, John, Jesse and Zetthu Treadway their heirs and assigns for ever to be equally divided between them in quantity and quality and upon the division of the said land there was allotted Nathan Treadway sixty three Acres and three quarters and the said Nathan Treadway and Margaret his wife being so seized thereof did by Indenture bearing date third day of January Anno Domini 1791 did grant and convey five acres thereof unto David Stetser and the said Davi Stetser by Indenture bearing date the twelfth day of Marh Anno Domini 1792  did grant and convey the same unto James Wood Jun.r And the said Nathan Treadway and Margaret his Wife did also by Indenture bearing date the thirty first day of March 1792 grant and convey unto the sd James Wood Junr. six acres of land part of his aforesaid tract.  And the said James Wood Junr. and Christiana his Wife did by Indenture bearing date the twelfth day of May Annno Domini 1792 grant and convey the aforesaid two lots making together eleven acres unto Zetthu Treadway aforesaid, and whereas Marmaduke Wood by Indenture bearing date the fifteenth day of January A.D. 1810 did grant and convey half an ace and five perches of land /bring part of the share allotted to Nathan Treadway/ unto Zetthu Treadway aforesaid, and whereas upon the division of the lands of the said Henry Treadway decd. amongst his five sons aforesaid lands of this Father a certain lot or piece of land containing more or less and the said Zetthu Treadway bring so seized thereof by his Indenture bearing date the twentieth day of February Anno Domini 1812 the aforesaid three lots also parcels of land containing together twenty seven acres two rods and five perches, did grant and convey to Ann Binum and Jacob Baker. Now this Indenture Witnesseth that the said John Binum and Christiana his Wife and Jacob Baker for an inconsideration of the sum of One thousand Dollars and thirty Dollars to them in hand paid or secured to be paid by the said Zetthu Treadway at and before the perfection hereof the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and he the said Zetthu Treadway his heirs executors and administrators acquitted and discharged thereof for ever by the presents.  Have granted bargained sold and by these presents Do grant bargain sell alien enfeoff release convey and confirm to the

said Zetthu Treadway his heirs and assigns all the above mentioned and described three tracts lots and parcels of Land bounded as follows. viz. – Beginning at a post being a corner to Moses (Coxes) (sp) land thence by said Coxes land and land of Henry Orsborn North fifty eight degrees and forty five minutes West fourteen chains and nine links to a stone corner to said Osborns land and Marmaduke Woods land thence /2nd/ by said Woods land, by Isaac & Mary Shusters lot and by land of Jeremiah Wood deceased South thirty nine degrees West twenty chains and sixty six links to a sassafras being a corner to Mary Shusters farm in the line of said Wood’s land, thence by said Shusters lands /3rd/ South thirty one degrees East six chains and seventy three links to a stone being another another (dup) corner of said Moses Cox’s land/4th/ North seventy eight degrees forty five minutes East sixteen chains and seventy eight links to a white oak tree being another corner of sd. Cox’s land thence still by the same /5th/ North twenty nine degrees & forty five minutes West six chains and eighty five links thence still by the same /6th/ North fifty eight degrees East ten chains and twenty three links to the place of beginning.  Containing twenty seven acres two rods and five perches of land be the same more or less.  Together with all and singular the Buildings Improvements Woods Ways Waters Water courses rights members privileges Hereditaments and appurtenances whatsover thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining and the revisions and remainders, rents issues and profits thereof and also all the estate right title interest property claim and demand whatsover of them the said John Binum Christiana his wife and Jacob Baker off into or out of the above described and granted tracts of land and premises with the appurtenances either in law or equity.  To have and To hold the said Plantation or three tracts of Land and Premises with the appurtenances unto the said Zetthu Treadway his hirs and assigns to and for the only proper use benefit advantage and behoof of the said Zetthu Treadway his heirs and assigns for ever and the said John Binum and Jacob Baker for themselves and their Heirs doth covenant grant and agree to and with the said Zetthu Treadway his heirs and assigns in manner following that is to say that they the said John Binum and Jacob Baker at the time of the sealing and delivery hereof is and stands rightfully and lawfully seized of and in the aforesaid Plantation and tracts of land and Premises as of a good sure perfect and indefensible estate of Inheritance in fee simple, and now hath good right full power Lawful and absolute authority to grant sell and convey the same to the said Zetthu Treadway his heirs and assigs according to the purpose true intent and meaning of these presents And also that they the said John Binum and Jacob Baker and their heirs the abo e described Plantation of three lots and pares of land containing twenty seven acres two rods and vid perches more or less hereby granted or intended so to be with the appurtenances unto the said Zetthu Treadway his heirs and assigns against them the said John Binum and Jacob Baker and their heirs and against the claims of all persons and every person whosoever lawfully claiming any estate right or title therin therto or to any part thereof shall and will warrant and for ever defend by these presents.  In Witness Whereof the said John Binum and Christiana his Wife and Jacob Baker have hereunto set their hands and seals the day and year first abo e written.

subscriber one of the Judges of the Inferior Court of Common Pleas in and for the County aforesaid personally appeared John Binum Christiana his Wife and Jacob Baker the within grantors who severally acknowledged the within Indenture to be their act and deed by them signed sealed and delivered for the uses and purposes therein Contained And the said Christiana being by me examined seperate (sp) and apart from her said Husband acknowledges that she executed the same voluntarily without an threats or compulsion of her said husband – done at Woodbury before me.  Tho: Hendry.
