Know all men by these presents that I Marshall Lemel of Baltimore County in the Province of Maryland for diverse good Causes and Considerations me there unto moving have made ordained and appointed and by these presents do make ordain and appoint my well beloved Friend William Tredway of Prince William County in the Colony of Virginia my true and Lawful Attorney for me and in my name to ask of sue and  recover of from a certain John Greenidge late of Baltimore County in Maryland but now residing in the Colony of Virginia a certain note of hand to me passed by the said Greenidge for the sum of Nineteen pounds current money of Maryland hereby Impowering my said Attorney for me and in my Name to use all such Lawfull Steps means or ways as he my said Attorney obliging myself my heirs Ex.ts and Adm.r to rattify and confirm anything my said Attorney may do therein As Witness my hand and Seale this ____ (blank) day of March Anno Domini Seventeen hundred and Sixty
