The Grantors Mary Schaffer (sp), widow, Hester Moore, and Robert Moore her husband, Stephen A. Treadway and Mary Treadway his wife, Charles L. Treadway and Margaret L. Treadway his wife, Ellen Treadway widow of Franklin M. Treadway dec’d, Emily E. Treadway unmarried, and William H. Treadway unmarried, said Mary Schaffer being the owner of two eight parts hereinafter described (1/8 by inheritance as daughter of George A. Treadway dec’d, and 1/8 by purchase) Said Hester Moore being the owner of three eighth parts of said land (1/8 by inheritance as daughter of said George A. Treadway and 2/8 by purchase). Said Stephen and Charles Treadway being the owner each of one eighth part by inheritance of said sons of George A. Treadway, and said Emily E. Treadway and William H. Treadway together being the owners of one eighth part of said land as sole heirs of said Franklin M. Treadway, who was a son of said George A. Treadway, subject to the dower right of said Ellen Treadway (who signs this deed for the purpose of conveying and releasing to the grantee herein whatever interest or claim she May have in said lands) of the County of Cass in the State of Illinois’, for and in Consideration of the sum of Thirty Nine Hundred ($3900.00) Dollars in hand paid Convey and Warrant to – Christian Stock _______________________________________________ of the County of Cass in the State of Illinois all the right_ title Claim interest and demand which the above named Grantors and each of them has, or may lie in any Manner entitled in and to Fifty (50) acres of land in Section Ten (10) in Township Seventeen (17) North, of Range Eleven (11) West of the Third principal Meridian, and which Fifty (50) ^ acres of land is bounded as follows Commencing at the South East Corner of said section Ten (10); Thence running North on said sections line Two Hundred and Twenty (220) rods; Thence running West Thirty six and one half (36 1/2) rods; Thence running South Two Hundred and Twenty (220) rods; Thence running East Thirty six and one half (36 1/2) rods to the place of beginning. Also in Fifteen (15) acres of land in said section Ten (10) described as follows, Commencing at the North West Corner of the Fifty (50) acre Tract of land above described: Thence running South on West line of said Fifty (50) ^ acre Tract Seventy four (74) rods; Thence running Thirty two and one half (32 1/2) rods; Thence running North

Seventy four (74) rods; Thence running East Thirty two and one half (32 1/2) rods to the place of beginning, being the same land which was set off and allotted to Elizabeth Treadway widow of said George A. Treadway as for her dower and homestead in the real estate of said George A. Treadway dec: said Elizabeth Treadway being now dead, all of said land being in the County of Cass in the State of Illinois, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by Virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the State of Illinois; And whereas there is on said premises a grave yard in which are buried Certain Members of the family of said George A. Treadway, said grave yard is hereby reserved so far as it is desired that the bodies now buried therein shall remain undisturbed, and a right of giving way to and from said grave yard is reserved to the Members of the family of said George A. Treadway but Under no Circumstances shall the said grantee his heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns be responsible for, or under any Kind of obligation to fence or Maintain any fence around said grave yard but it shall be the duty of grantors hereinto fence and Maintain a good and sufficient fence around such grave yard. The word “way” erased and “going” intertwined above before signing.

Treadway and Mary Treadway his wife Charles L. Treadway and Margaret Treadway his wife Ellen Treadway widow, of Franklin M. Treadway dec’d, Emily E. Treadway unmarried and William H. Treadway unmarried personally to me the to be the same persons whose names are subscribed to the foregoing instrument, appeared before Me this day in personal and acknowledged

that they signed sealed and delivered the said instrument as their free and voluntary act, for the uses and purposes therefore set forth, including the release and waiver of the right of homestead, also the dower right of said Ellen Treadway
