     Know Ye that We have granted unto Robert Treadway fifty acres of land in Ashe County.  Beginning at a White Oak running West with Fesses lives thirty five poles to a stake, thence, South sixty poles to a Black Oak Fesses corner, thence East one hundred and twenty eight poles to a White Oak then North fifty poles to a stake, the West ninety three poles to a stake, then to the first station. Entered 11th May 1812.  To hold to the said Robert Treadway his Heirs and assigns forever.  Dated 23 December 1813.
