     No. 3208 Know ye that we have granted unto Moses Treadaway eighty five acres of land in Anson County Joining Moses Steagall and Thomas Griffins lands on the waters of Richardsons creek.  Beginning at a pine Charles Griffins corner and runs South thirty two chains and fifty links to a stake by two pines in Moses Steagalls line thence West Forty one chains and sixty links passing Steagalls corner and running with Thomas Griffins line to a stake by two hickorys in said line thence with Polks line North forty East fourteen chains to a Stake

three pines and blackjack in Wootens line thence with the said line North twenty eight East ten chains by two red oaks and pine Lewis Griffins corner in Wootens line thence to the beginning.  Entered the 13th of October 1834.  To hold to the said Moses Treadaway his Heirs and assigns forever Dated the 26th of September 1836.
