Inventory of John Treadway’s Estate – 1832

A writing purposing to be the will of Testament of John Treadway Sr deceased was this day again produced in court and proven by the oaths of William Fletcher and James Garrett witnesses thereto Subscribed and ordered to be recorded and on motion of Patsey Treadway the Executrix named in said will who thereupon made oath according to Law, and together with James Walker and Samuel Chorn as her security entered into and acknowledged land in the penalty of $500 Conditioned according to Law. A Certificate is granted her for obtaining a probate on said will in due form. Whereupon said is duly recorded.
