Know all men by these presents that I Jno. H. Treadway of Elizabethton, Carter Co., Tenn. being of sound mind and memory make and publish this my last will and testament.
I give and bequeath to my son A. J. Treadway all my land being four acres situated in the 18th dist. of Carter Co. and joining to lands of J. W. Heaton and others.
I give and bequeath to my son A. J. Treadway all my personal property consisting of my interest in one mower and one wind mill, also all my household furniture, consisting of one safe, one half leaf table, one clock, six chairs and one bed.
I give to my son William the right to clear wheat for his own use on the wind mill.
Whereunto I have set my hand and seal in the presence of the witnesses named below.
