I Jane Treadway, of Barboursville, Knox County Kentucky being in feeble health but of sound mind and memory and being aware of the uncertainty of life do make and publish this my last will, first that is my desire that my brother John H. Treadway shall have all my interest in my lands which may be coming to me at this time are hereafter maybe coming to me out of my fathers James Treadway estate lying in Clay County Kentucky. This December 31, 1912.

A paper purporting to be the last will and testament of Jane Treadway was produced and filed in open court and offered for probate whereupon came Narcissus Golden and J. C. Sprout (sic) two of the subscribing witnesses thereto who being first duly sworn say for himself that they were present when Jane Treadway signed said paper and that at her request each of them in her presence and in the presence of each other subscribed said paper as witnesses and that she was at the time of sound mind whereupon paper is adjudged to be the last will and testament of said Jane Treadway and ordered to be recorded as such.

I, R. P. Black, Clerk Knox County Court certify that the foregoing is a true copy of the order of probate of the said Jane Treadway deceased or appear of in my office-order book L, Page 467.
