I Jacob B. Treadway being of sound mind and disposing memory do make ordain and publish this my last Will and Testament revoking and making void all other wills by me at any time made.

First, I direct that as soon after my death as convenient all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid by my Executors, hereinafter mentioned, out of any personal property of which I may die seized and possessed.

Second, I give and bequeath to my two sons C. E. Treadway and J. B. Treadway the tract of land where I now reside situated in the 14th Civil District of Carter County and contains 50 acres more or less. This bequest is made however on condition that my two sons the said C. E. Treadway and J. B. Treadway shall within two years after my death pay one hundred dollars to each of my following seven children, one hundred dollars to Monrow Treadway, one hundred dollars to Lillie Bell Henry wife of James Henry, one hundred dollars to James Treadway, one hundred dollars to W. X. Treadway, one hundred dollars to Carrie Nave wife of Oscar Nave, one hundred dollars to Sallie Treadway. I have already given to my other children what is considered their interest in my real estate by executing deeds to them for their said interests.

I hereby nominate and appoint my son Monrow Treadway Executor of this my last Will and Testament and no bond will be required of him.
