     In the name of God Amen The third daye of Julie Anno Dom one thousand six hundred twentie foure the two and twentieth yeare of the Reigne of our Soveraiyne Lord James by the grace of God Kinge of England ffrance and Ireland Defendor or the faith viz and Scotland the seven and fifttieh I William Tredwaye Citizen and ffishmonger of London being at this presente weake in bodie but of good and perfect mind and remembrance ( ____ and prayse be therefore given unto Almightie God) make ordaine and declare this my last will and testament in manner and forme following (that is to saye) first and principallie I commend and committ my soule into the hands of Almightie God my creator and to Jesus Christ my merciful savioure and redeemer hoping and most assuradlie believinge through his pr__ death and merritt to hand free pardon and Remission of all my sinnes and to bee saved My bodie I remit unto the Earth to be decently buried in Christian buriall, And as touching such worldlie goodes and estate, as it hath pleased God to indue me within this vale of misrie, I desire bequeathe and dispose the same as followeth:

     Item: I give and bequeathe unto my loving father and mother Thomas Tredwaie and Mary his wife All and every my par__ misplements and household stuff.

     Item: I give and bequeathe unto my Loving Brother Thomas Tredwaie all my wearing apparell and Five pounds in monie.

     Item: I give and bequethe unto my brother Henry Tredwaie the summe of tenn pounds of Lawfull monie of England.

     Item: I give and bequeathe unto my sister Anne the summe of tenn pounds of like money.

     Item: I give and bequeathe unto my sister Alice the summe of tenn pounds of like money.

     Item: I give and bequeathe unto my sister Grace the summe of tenn pounds of like money.

     Item: I give and bequeathe unto my sister Julian the summe of tenn pounds of like money.

     Item: I give and bequeathe unto my brother Richard Treadwaie the summe of tenn pounds of like money.

     Item: I give and bequeathe unto my brother Humphrey Treadwaie the summe of tenn shillings of like money.

     Item: I give and bequeathe unto Joane Fowler my ____ & mayor twentie shillings like monie.

     Item: I give and bequeathe unto fellowe Geiles Bag_ twentie shillings like monie.

     Item: I give and bequeathe unto my fellowe Raphe Qu__ twentie shillings like monie.

     Item: I give and bequethe unto the poore of the parish of St. Michaell at Queenehythe (Queenhithe) where I now am a parishioner the summe of three pounds of like monie to bee distributed to and amongst the poor of the said parish where most need shalbe at by and according to the discretion of my Executrix overseers herein named.

     Item: I give and bequethe unto to the poore of the parish of St. Peter, Chalfont where I was born the summe of foure pounds of like monie.

     Item: I give and bequethe to the first tenn Deputies of Clemente? the summe of tenn shillings apiece of like monie.

     Item: I give and bequeathe to our x x Sorter That is to saie Johnson Woodburne and English tenn shillings pence sterliing.

     I make and appointe full and sole executrix of this my present testament and last will, And overseers thereof I doe appointe and request Mr. William Brevins citizen and Sti__ of London and my said brother Thomas Tredwaie of this my last will and testament I doe give to the said Mr. Brevins for his service herein to be taken twentie shillings sterling to make him a ring desiring them to both accommodate my said executrix with their best by and or at assistance in and for the one performance of this my will in all things according to my intent and true meaning herein declared
