 This is the last Will and Testament of William Treadaway the younger of the parish of Harefield in the County of Middlesex ffarmer

I give and bequeath all my household furniture plate linen China _oofs and other household implements unto my wife Charlotte Ann of her own use absolutely I give and devise all the freehold and copyhold Estates of which I shall be possessed unto my said wife for her life or so long as she shall remain a widow for and towards the maintenance of herself and the maintenance and duration of such of my children as may be minors and unmarried and after her decease or marriage

I give and devise the same freehold and copyhold estates unto Samuel Weedon? of  Ruislip in the said County of Middlesex ffarmer George Wise of Watford in the County of Harford Grocer and my brother George Treadaway of Paddington Tailor their heirs and assigns upon trust to sell all the said freehold and copyhold Estates together or in parts by public auction or private contact subject to any special stipulations as to biddings title evidence of title or otherwise with power to buy in or rescind or vary any contract relating to the said estates and to resell the same And I direct that the moneys arising from such sale or sales shall be considered as part of my residuary personal Estate and be applied and disposed of as hereinafter mentioned

I give and bequeath all the farming stock and shares made and All The Residue of my personal Estate unto my Executors hereinafter named upon first to present and suffer my said Wife to have the net residue at enjoyment of my part of my said farming stock or stocks in trade not exceeding the value of three hundred pounds or to hand her three hundred pounds in money upon her note of hand or partly in farming stock or other stock in trade and partly in money not exceeding in the __de the said sum of Three hundred pounds to enable her to carry on any ___ ___ business during her life or until she marry again and upon trust as soon as conveniently may be after my decease to revert into money all such parts of the Residue of my personal Estate as shall not consist of money in hand or money invested on Government Parliamentary or real security and     payment of my debts funeral and testamentary expenses to invest the residue of my ready money and the ___ proceeds of my personal Estate upon Government Parliamentary or real security and to pay the income thereafter unto my wife during her widowhood towards the maintenance of herself and the maintenance and duration of such of my children as aforesaid named after her decease or marriage to pay or divide the capital of the said trust funds unto or equally between or among all my children who may attain the age of twenty one years or marry and all the children of any of my said children who may die before me and who may attain the said age of twenty one years or marry but what the child or children of any deceased child of mine shall take only such share as his her or their parent would have taken if living I authorize my paid executors after the decease or marriage of my said wife and or ___ the minority of any such child or children to apply all or a sufficient part of the income arising from such child or children  ___ ___ in or rewards his or her maintenance and education be paid if my wife shall marry again I give to Each the sum of one hundred pounds for ___ use and then I  direct all the farming stock or stocks in ___ or money which she may have possessed of under the trusts ___ to be sold and called in and the ___ to be ___ as part of my executors from trust to have to vary the quantities? upon made and efficient funds under my Will may be invested And if I shall in my lifetime have advanced to any of my children any sum or sums of ___ the I direct that such moneys shall on a division of my ___ ____ be deducted from such child or children have And I direct that the ___ receipt or receipts of the said Samuel Weedon George Wise and George Treadaway or the survivors or survivor of them as the ___ executors or administrators of such survivor shall be good surcharges for the purchase money of my said Estates and that no purchaser shall be required to see for the misapplication thereof And I hereby nominate and appoint the said Samuel Weedon George Wise and George Treadway Executors of this my Will And I hereby revoke all former Wills by me made in and declare this only to be my last Will and Testament
