In the Name of God Amen I Timothy Treadway of the Parish of St Mary Rotherhith in the County of Surry Wine Merchant do hereby make my last Will and Testament in the following manner viz:
my immortal soul I recommend to Almighty God hoping for a joyful Resurrection through the Merits of a Crucified Saviour and my Body to be buried in such a decent manner as my Executors shall think proper I desire my just Debts and ffuneral Expenses may be first satisfied and paid I do also hereby ratify and Confirm a certain Obligation dated and by me Signed of and before my Marriage with my present Wife Elizabeth for Paying of five hundred Pounds for her use some Months (therein mentioned) after my decease and likewise will that my said Wife shall have all the household Goods ffurniture Plate Linnen and Jewels that were hers or that she was possessed of hers at and before my Marriage with her also the Silver Coffee Pot and Ten pounds for Mourning
To my son James I give ten Pounds
To my Daughter Sopia I give Twenty Pounds also all the rest residue and remainder of my Estate whether Real or Personal together with my ready Money Goods Chattells of what kind or nature soever
I give and bequeath unto my tender and loving Daughters Mary Parker Sarah Treadway and Elizabeth Treadway to be equally divided amongst them share and share alike
And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint them my said Daughters Mary Parker Sarah Treadway and Elizabeth Treadway Executors of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all former and other Wills heretofore by me made declaring this to be my only last Will and Testament
In Witness whereof I thereunto set my hand and Seal this Twenty fourth Day of October in the Twenty sixth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord King George the Second and in the year of our Lord God One thousand Seven hundred and fifty two

This Will was Proved at London the eighteenth day of December in the year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and fifty two George the Worshipful Arthur Collier Doctor of Laws Surrogate of the Right Honorable Sir George Leach Knight also Doctor of Law Master Keeper or Commissary of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully constituted by the Oaths of Mary Parker (wife of John Parker) Sarah Treadway and Elizabeth Treadway Spinsters the Daughters of the Deceased and Executrixes in the said will named to whom administration was granted of all and singular the Goods Chattells Credits of the said deceased being first Sworn duly to administer
