     In the Name of God Amen I Timothy Treadway now of Tewksbury, in Gloucestershire being in good health and perfect memory Do make my Will in manner following  My Body to be buryed privately with the least trouble and no Pall bearers where my Executrix hereafter named shall think fit and as for that Wordly Estate wherewith named shall think fit and as for that Wordly Estate wherewith it has please God to bless me

I give and bequeath to my Dear Wife Catharine Treadway who I appoint my Sole Executrix to in this my Last Will

I give my most Worthy Generous and ___ obliging ffriends my Brother Geore Knapp and to my Sister his Wife Diana Knapp a Gold ring of a Guinea

I give to my most Wordly Generous and PPP obliging ffriends my Brother George Knapp and my Sister Wife a Gold Ring of a Guinea Each if I dye at Mr. Lawrence Pitmans or my wife lives there at the time of my Death but not otherwise I give and bequeath to Mr. Lawrence Pitman his wife Ann his Son Bartlett and his Daughter Ann Pitmans a Gold ring Each of a Guinea or the money as they shall please

I give to Elizabeth Smith my Servant for her long and ffaithfull Service ffive Guineas to be payd her within Six months after my death if living with me at the time of my death such of my ___ as my Executrix shall think proper

In Witness whereof I have Sett my hand and Seal this 30 day of Ocber in the year of our Lord 1735
