In the Name of God Amen I Thomas Treadway being in perfect health and sound mind and understanding do constitute this my las Will and Testament I resign my Soul to the almighty God who gave it (t0) me
I give and bequeath unto Susanna Treadway my lawful wife viz. the Lease of the house N2 Littel (sp) George Street in the parish of Saint Lukes Chelsea in the County of Middlesex also the Lease of a piece of ground and the building erected thereon for a Stable at the back of Chelsea Market in the aforesaid County of Middlesex and all my money and other effects and after her decease I give and bequeath to my Son William Frederick Treadway my house and carts and also the Lease of a

piece of ground and the building erected thereon for a stable at the back of Chelsea Market in the aforesaid County of Middlesex and he to ocquepye (sp) the same aforesaid piece of Ground and building erected thereon after my decease with the death of my Wife Susanna Treadway upon condition that he pays forty five shillings per year for the ground rent of the same piece ground and building and two shillings per week unto the above Susanna Treadway until her death
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal to the above this sixt day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifteen
