     In the Name of God Amen I Sarah Treadaway of the parish of Harefield in the County of Middlesex Widow being of a sound and disposing mind memory & understanding praise be God so for settling my wordly affairs make and publish this my last Will and Testament in writing in manner and form following that is to say

     I give and bequeath unto my three sons George Treadaway Joseph Treadaway William Treadaway & to my two Daughters Sarah the Wife of Thomas Biles and Mary the wife of John Smith the Legacy or Sum of ffive pounds each to be paid to them at the expiration of Six months next after my decease and increasing or either of them shall happen to depart this life before that time then this Legacy or Legacies hereinbefore given to them respectively as aforesaid to fall into and become a part of my personal Estate have and enjoy by my said Son Benjamin Treadaway also I give and bequeath unto my said two Daughters Sara & Mary all my wearing apparel to be equally divided between them share & share alike also I give and bequeath unto my said Son William all my Gold Rings also I give and bequeath unto my son Benjamin Treadway the Lease of my ffarm now in my occupation in this said parish of Harefield for the residue of the Term of years for which I now hold the same and of all my Interest that shall be to ___ at the time of my decease to hold to my said son Benjamin his executors and Admins to and for his& their own proper use and benefit also I give and bequeath unto my said son Benjamin all my household Goods household ffurniture Implements of household Beds Bedding

plat China? and Linen and also all my horses Cattle Carts Carriages and my Stock and Crops of hay and other Stock & Crops whatsoever and all of my personal Estate and Effects whatsoever not by me heretofore otherwise dispose of To hold to my said Son Benjamin his Executors and admins to and for his and their sole absolute use benefit him my said Son Benjamin paying therewith and Almost the several Legacies hereinbefore given and all my just Debts and ffuneral & Testamentary Expenses and lastly I do hereby nominate Constitute and appoint my said Son Benjamin sole Executor of this my Will hereby revoking & making void all forms and other wills by me at any time herebefore made & do declare this only to be my last Will and Testament

In Witness whereof I the said Sarah Treadaway the Exectutrix have to this my last Will and Testament contained in two Sheets of paper set my hand and Seal (to wit) my hand to the bottom of this last Sheet of paper and my hand and Seal to this last sheet of paper the sixteenth day of September with fforty seventh year of the Reign of our Souverain son George the ___ by the Grace of God of the ___ Kingdom of Great Britain & Ireland King defender of the ffaith and in the Year of our Lord Christ one thousand Eight hundred and Seven

     In writing contained in this & the presenting Sheet of paper was signed sealed published & declared by the said Sarah Treadaway the Executrix as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at her request & in her presence in the presence and sight of each other have Subscribed our Names as Witnesses thereto
