This is the Last Will and Testament of me Richard Treadaway of the East Lodge Portman Market Edgeware Road in the County of Middlesex Butcher ffirst I desire all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses to be paid as soon as conveniently can be after my decease by my Executrix hereinafter named
I give devise and bequeath unto my wife Ann all my property both real and personal of whatever nature or kind the same may be And I do hereby appoint her sole Executrix of this my Will
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 24th day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty eight

Signed by the above named Testator Richard Treadaway and declared by him to be his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have signed our names as Witnesses hereunto
