     In the name of God, Amen the Twelfthe daye of November in the in the fortie and fourth year of the Reign of Sovereign Lady Elizabeth by the grace of God of England ffrance and Ireland Queen Defender of the faith I Margaret Tredway of Easton Stamford in the Countie of Northampton now of good and perfect remembrance thanks be god therfore I make and ordain this my last will and testament in manner and forme as foloweth viz:

ffirst I bequeathe and commend my soule into the hands of Almightie god my creator redeemer and saviour ____ by ____ in whose infinite mercy meritt and grace A steadfastlie hope and assuradlie believe to be saved and to be made partaker of the __teable Joyes of everlasting kingdome:

Item: I give and bequeathe my body to the ground to be interred and buryed in the church of Easton according to the Discretion of my executrix and supervisor. Allso I give and bequeathe unto the poor inhabitants of the said towne of Eaton Twentie five shillings eighte pence.

Item: I give and bequeathe unto my eldest sonne John Tredway the somme of ffyve poundes of lawfull money of England to be payed unto hym within one whole yere next after my decease.

Item: I give unto second sonne Humfrey Tredweye the somme of fifteen poundes five shillings and eighte pence of lite? lawfull English money to be payed unto hym within one whole yere next after my decease.

Item: I give and bequeathe unto my youngest sonne ffrancis Tredweye ffyve poundes of lite? lawfull money of England to by payed to hym within one whole yere next after my decease. And I will yf that yt shall happen my said sonne or any of them d___ or departe this life before they shall have retayned severall parte or legacye before to them bequeathed them my will ys that ____ given or bequeathed And further whereas I am at this perfect ____ of a ____ Tenement ____ lying and being in Easton aforesayd against a place there called the fronte? river, the which together with the appurtaining should by coppie of courte ____ of the Manner of Easton my will intent and desire to the uttermost _____ lyeth.

Item: I give and bequeathe the land tenement and all singular the Appurtaining my Daughter Dorothie Tredweye to have houlde occupie possess and enjoye the same after my decease according to the ____ of the Manor of Easton aforesaid. All of the rest of my chattells plate I ____ money debtes and household stuff I do give and bequeathe unto my sayed Daughter Dorothie Tredweye whome I ordayne and make my sole and full executrix of this my last will and testament.

And lastly of this my last will and testament I appoynte make and constitute my beloved and faithful friend Miles O____ gent S____ for requiring hym that according to the faithfull ____ I ____ in hym he _____ see this my last will and testament in every parte to be fully and absolutlie performed fullfilled and kept. And for hys ____ ____ herein I give unto hym the somme of Twentie shillings of lawfull money of England.
