This is the last Will and Testament of me Mary Treadaway late of Dulwich in the Couty of Surry (Surrey) but now of ffox School Street in the parish of Saint Johns in the Borough of Southwark Spinster first I desire all my just debts ffuneral and Testamentary charges to be duly paid
I give and bequeath unto Mary Ann Leutins (sp) wife of Samuel Leutins (sp) the sum of one hundred and fifty pounds in three percent consolidated Bank annuities I give and bequeath unto Edna Bolton Wife Benjamin Goode Bolton the like sum of one hundred and fifty pounds percent consolidated Bank annuities I give and bequeath to my Niece Elizabeth Martin Wife of Joseph Martin the sum of forty pounds sterling I give and bequeath to my Niece Caroline Islip Spinster the sum of forty pounds sterling I give and bequeath to my Niece Ann Nason Wife of Thomas Nason

the sum of twenty pounds sterling also my Mothers Mourning Ring I give and bequeath unto my Nephew John Treadaway my Niece Ed___ ___ Wife of S__ and to my Niece Mary Whitfield Widow the sum of five pounds cash I give and bequeath unto Susanna Islip Widow of my late Nephew John Islip the sum of twenty pounds sterling and direct the same to be applied by her for the advancement or otherwise for the benefit of her two Children I give and bequeath unto Benjamin Bolton Son of the aforesaid Edna Bolton and Benjamin Goode Bolton the sum of ten pounds Sterling also my Watch and Seals I give to my Godson Henry Walter one guinea I give to my respected friend Susanna Stapleton a mourning Ring as a small token of my regard for her I give and bequeath unto the persons following the several ___ and things next mentioned that is say to the aforesaid Edna Bolton my Bed Bedstand Bed furniture ___ and ___ also my sugar Tongs and Tea Caddy and Mrs Underwood Mourning Ring to the aforesaid Samuel Leutins my large ffamily Bible to the aforesaid Mary Ann Leutins my Silver cream pot and the Mourning Ring left me by Miss Sarah Underwood to the aforesaid Caroline Islip all my Table Spoons and Tea Spoons and as to all the Residue of my household ffurniture plate Table Linen Sheets pillow Cases and Ching I give and bequeath the same unto and equally between the aforesaid Mary Ann Leufins Edna Bolton and Caroline Islip and direct the same to be divided amongst them at the discretion of my Executors in manner aforesaid and as to all my Books except the aforesaid ffamily bible I give the same unto the said Benjamin Goode Bolton and as to all the Residue of my Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever I give and bequeath the same unto and equally between the aforesaid Samuel Leutins and Benjamin Good Bolton and appoint them Executors of this my Will and I do hereby revoke all former Wills
In Witness whereof I the said Mary Treadaway have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and Seal this fourth day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and nineteen
