In the name of God Amen the Twenty third day of January And in the 1rst year of the Reigne of our Sovereign Lord George King over Great Brittain France And Ireland etc. Anno[?] Domini 1714/15 I John Treadway of the parish of Fullmore in the county of Bucks Husbandman do make my last will and Testament in manner as followeth that is to say First I Resign my soul into the hands of [erased] ever Holy blessed And undivided Trinity beseeching Almighty God for his own mercies And Christ Jesus innite meritts sake [hole in text]mitt my sinnes And Receive my spirit into everlasting Life; And as touching my temporall Estate I dispose there of as followeth
Item I give and bequeath all other my goods Chattells and Cattells whome I have in this present world unto Sarah my now loving wife And unto Sarah my now loving Daughter after my decease to be equally parted share and share alike by my overseers of this will whose names are under Menshoned; and Sarah my now loving wife I do make and ordaine my full and sole Executor of this my last will and Testament And I do Intreate my now loving Brother John Russell of Chalfont St. Peter And my Cusson Robert Brambly of Chalfont St. Peters to be—Overseers of this my last will and Testament and I give unto them Teen Shillings a peece for their care to be paid them by mine Executor
In Witness whereof I have hereunto sett my hand And seal the day and year above written Signed Sealed published and declared by the said John Treadway the Testator the day and year 1rst written to be his last will and Testament in the presence of us whose names or marks are subscribed in the presence of the said John Treadway John Allen
