     In the name of God anno the xxviijth daye of November & in the yere of o[u]r lord God 1560 I John Tredwaye of the p[a]rishe off Hillingdone in the countie of myddlesex weke sicke in body but of good & p[er]fect memo[r]ye thanks be given unto god theref[or?] do make my last will & testament in manner & forme following 

     first I bequeath my soule unto almighty god myne only savior & Redemer and to all the holy company of heaven & my body to be buried in the church yard at Hillingdon before said; also I give unto Thomas Tredway my best cattle my [????] doublet my cart & the horse harnesse a payr of white hoose

I give unto John Tredway Thomas Tredways son my godson i sh[illing?]

I give unto Thomas Bomken my tawny coate & xxd of money & pooles & xxd of money I give unto George Pope my blacke cloke & xxd of money I ordain & make Elizabeth my wife myne only executrix and th[a]t she shall bestow of on the po[o]r at the daye of my burial foure dozan of bread & a tun b[arrell] of ale and to se[e] me honestly brought to the earth dette ow[?????] th[?] testator     detts owed
