     This is the last Will and Testament of me John Treadway late of 6 Charton Place Islington I direct that all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses be paid and satisfied by my Executors hereinafter named as soon as conveniently may be after my decease

I give devise and bequeath equally between my four undermentioned children as many as may be survived at my decease all and every my household furniture linen and wearing apparel books plate pictures china horses carts and carriages and also all and every sum and sums of money which may be found in my house

or be about my person or due to me at the time of my decease and also all my stocks funds and securities for money book debts money or bonds bills notes or other securities and in and every other my Estate and Effects whatsover both real and personal whether in possession of version or remainder or expectancy unto my four children namely Elizabeth wife of John Knight Charlotte Knight widow George Treadway and John Walter Treadway to and for their own use and benefit absolutely And I nominate constitute and appoint my son John Walter Treadway and my son in law John Knight above named to be my Executors of this my will and hereby revoking all former or other wills and testaments by me at any time herebefore made I declare this to be my last Will and Testament In witness whereof I the said John Treadway have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand the 17th seventeenth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty six Signed by the Testator
