In the Name of God Amen I John Treadaway of George Street Portland Chappel in the parish of Saint Mary le Bone Chair M__ do make this my last Will and Testament in manner following
I give devise and bequeath unto my dear Wife Elizabeth Treadaway and to her Assigns the Sum of one hundred pounds which stands in my Name in the three percent endured Annuities together with all Interest which shall be due for the same
I also give devise and bequeath unto my said dear Wife Elizabeth Treadaway all and singular other my Estate said effects of what nature or kind soever which I shall in any wise be entitled to at the time of my death to hold to her heirs and Assigns and I do hereby appoint her sole Executrix of this my revoking all others by me at any time heretofor made
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this tenth day of Jun 1790

Whereas I advanced towards the Settlement of the affairs of my late Brother William Treadaway the Sum of fforty eight pounds for which I received no Security but considered and still do that the Repayment was to come through Mary the Daughter of the said WIlliam Treadaway I do hereby give and bequeath unto the said Mary Treadaway Daughter of my said Brother William Treadaway the said Sum of fforty eight pounds Subject to the payment of two pounds eight Shillings to my within mentioned Wife Annually by half Yearly Payments during her Life anything in my Will so the other side to the Contrary notwithstanding In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand the day and year such other side written
