     In nomine dei Amen M____ that the day and year above written I Humphrey Tredway of Offord Darce ____ ____ in the Countie Huntingdon Clark (scribe) have in ____ and ordained this my last will and Testament in manner and forme following:

      ffirst I commend my soule of the blessed and absolute Trinitie ____ ____my having ____ infinite word of God ad ____ of Jesus Christ only to be saved and my bodie be comitted to the earth to be Decently buried and interred.

Item: I give unto the poore Offord Darce aforesaid the some of twentie pounds the some of fyve pounds my will is to be given unto them uppon the day of my burial and the other fyfteen to be given yearly by thirtie shillings a year uppon the said day untill the duration of ten years next following.

Item: I give to the poore of the Towne of Kings Cliffe in the Countie of Northhamp(tonshire) fortie shillings

Item: I give to the poore of Offord Cluny twentie shillings.

Item: I give to ____ ____ of my Godchildren as shalbe ____ at the day of my death Tenn shillings a piece.

Item: I give to Dorothie Potter and Mary Potter the Daughters of my Sister Potter ____ to each of them one hundred pounds to be paid unto them viz in one year next after my death.

Item: I give to my Sister Tredway of Ketton my Sister Tredway of Baston and my Godson Richard Naylor and some other of my friends and acquaintances as my executors shall think good twentie shillings each or a gould ring.

Item: I give unto ffrancis Tredway the eldest sonne of my Sister Tredway of Baston aforesaid the some of four hundred pounds of lawfull English money to be paid within one yeare after my decease.

Item: I give unto Edmond Tredway the youngest sonne of my Sister Tredway of Baston aforesaid the some of four hundred pounds of lawfull English money to be payed unto him when he shall come to the age of four and twenty. And if he happen to dye before he comes to that age Then my will and meaning is that the sayed some of (scratched out) shalbe payed unto the sayed ffrancis Tredway the eldest sonne of my Sister Tredway.

Item: I give unto my Coson William Naylor of Offord the aforesaid the some of one hundred pounds of lawful money of England to be payed unto him within one ____ yeare after my decease.

Item: I give unto Robert Tredway of Houge (Hough) on the Hill in the Countie of Lincolnshire and Humphrey Treadway second sonne of my Sister Tredway of Baston aforesaid all my land ____ goods and chattels whatsover moveable or imoveable my ____ experience first as charged .

And I make them the said Robert Tredway and Humphrey Tredway executors of this my last will and Testament .
