     I George Tredway of Woobourne (Wooburn) in the County of Bucks Malster being weake of body but of sound mind and memory praised be God for the same Do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and fform following:

     First and principally I Commend my Soul into the hands of Almightie God who gave it hopping through the meritts of our Dear Redeemer Jesus Christ for a Glorious Resurrection My body to be buried in a Christian manner And as my Worldly Estate which it hath pleased God to bless me with all I dispose of it in manner following:

     Imprimis: All those Messuages or Tenements together with the appurtenances thereunto belonging situate lying and being at Woobourne Moor in the parish of xxxx Woobourne aforesaid and now in the tenure of Samuel Eades and Alice Tredway .

     I give devise and bequeath unto my Loving Sister Sarah Grove the Wife of Mr. Thomas Grove of the Parish of Woobourne aforesaid Bargemaster and to the heirs of her Body for ever And for want of such heirs to the next heirs of my Body for ever.

     Item: all that my Piece of Meadow Ground lying at Woobourne Moor aforesaid Containing by Estimation two acres the Same more or less and now in the tenure of Richard Spartley I give Devise and bequeath unto my Sister Sarah Grove and the heirs of her Body for ever.

     Item: I give Devise and bequeath unto my said Sister Sarah Grove and the heirs of her Body for ever and for want of such heirs to the next heirs of my Body for ever all those my three acres of Arrable (Arable) Land lying in a Common field called Barley ffield in the Parish of Woobourne aforesaid And also all that my acre of Arrable Land lying in Craft in the Parish of Woobourne aforesaid And also all those my five Acres of Arrable Lands lying in a Common field Great Todsey in the Parish of Woobourne aforesaid All which said Lands are now in the Tenure or Occupation of Richard Spratley aforesaid .

     Item: I Give Devise and Bequeath unto my sister in law Ann Tredway the sum of twenty pounds of lawfull Brittish money to be paid unto her when she shall be one and twenty years of age.

     Item: I Give Devise and bequeath unto my Cousin xxx Elizabeth Savage the Wife of Edward Savage of the Parish of Wooburn aforesaid the sum of ten pounds of like money to be paid within twelve months after my decease.

     Item: All the rest residue and remainder of my said Estate not herein before by me disposed of I give and devise & bequeath unto my said sister Sarah Grove.

     And lastly I do hereby nominate Institute and Appoint my Brother in Law Mr. Thomas Grove aforesaid and my Sister Sarah Grove his said Wife joynt Executor and Executrix of this my last will and Testament revoking and renouncing all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made & publishing & declaring this to be my last Will and Testament.

     In Witness whereof I the said George Tredway the Testator have hereunto set my hand and Seal this twentieth day of March in the year of our Lord 1730.31
