In the Name of God Amen I Elizabeth Treadway of the parish of Saint Mary Rotherhithe in the County of Surry Widow more being indisposed in my health but of sound Mind do make my Will as follows I resign my immortal Soul to Almighty God who gave it humbly hoping to obtain pardon at the Throne of Grace for my manifold Sins and everlasting Life through the above Merits of my blessed Saviour and Redeemer Jesus Christ as to my Burial I leave the same to the Discretion of my Executors herein after named.  And as to all my worldly Estate and affairs I dispose there as follows (to witt)

ffirst I appoint all my lawfull (sp) Debts and funeral charges to be paid

I give to my three Daughters in Law Mary Parker Sarah Treadway and Elizabeth Treadway to my Sister Mary Langley (Wife of Luke Langle a pilot) to Sarah Kicholls of Limehouse Widow and to Mary Holland of Simehouse Spinster to Each of them ten pounds.  Also I Give Mary Mumford one Guinea Also I Give to the said Mary Holland one Mourning Ring Also I Give to the said Mary Langley my Diamond Ring with five Stones Also I Give to the said Sarah Treadaway my Silver Canister to the said Elizabeth Treadway a small Silver Boot and to the said Mary Parker my Silver Saucepan.  Also I give to Mr. William Cooke Surgeon and to Mrs Elizabeth Patterson Spinster a Milliner in Cornhill London to each of them five Guineas

Also I Give and bequeath all the Rest and Residue of my Estate whatsoever and wheresoever to my dear Daughter Sophia Treadway to be paid to her at the Age of twenty one Years But if my said Daughter shall depart this Life before she attains the age of twenty one Years then I Give all the said residuary part of my Estate to my said Sister Mary Langley to be absolutely at her own disposal:  And my Mind and Will is that Receipt of the said Elizabeth Langley alone Notwithstanding her coverture shall be a sufficient Discharge to my Executors for paying her the said Legacies: And if the said Elizabeth Langley shall happen to depart this Life before my said Daughter then after my said Daughter’s Death I give all the said residuary part of my Estates to the said Sarah Kicholls and Mary Holland to be equally divided between them Share and Share alike and lastly I do hereby nominate and appoint the said William Coote and Elizabeth Patterson Executor and Executrix of this my Will hereby revoking all former Wills by me made and I do decare this present Writing to be and contain my last Will and Testament
