     In the Name of God Amen the sixteenth of June in the year of our Lord God One Thousand Seven Hundred and Nineteen I Catherine Treadway Spinster at Midgham, in Berkshire being perfectly well in body and mind and memory thanks be given to God therefore do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say:

     first and principally I give my Soul into the hands of God that gave it [to] me and for my body I commit it to the Earth to be in Christian and decent manner nothing doubting but at the last day general Resurrection I shall receive the same again by the mighty power of God as touching such Wordly Estate as it has pleased God to bless me with.

     Item: I give and bequeath to my honored Mother – Orite Sir?

     Item: I give and bequeath to my Sister Hillersdon – Orite Sir?

     Item: I give and bequeath to my Brother Hillersdon – Orite Sir?

     Item: I give and bequeath to my Sister Nash – Orite Sir?

     Item: I give and bequeath to my Brother Nash – Orite Sir?

     Item: I give and bequeath to my Brother George Treadway – Orite Sir?

     Item: I give and bequeath to my Sister Molly Treadway – Orite Sir?

     Item: I give and bequeath to my godchild Molly Nash interest and principal if she lives to be given to her when 18 or at day of Marriage if sooner but if she should die before she is Eighteen or marryed then I leave that to be given to Brother and Sisters children as their parents and my Executor thinks fit

     Item: I give and bequeath to Cousin Peter De Lannoy – Orite Sir?.

     Item: I give and bequeath to to his son John – Orite Sir?.

     Item: I give and bequeath to Cousin Sarah De Lannoy – Orite Sir?.

     Item: I give and bequeath to my uncle Kolhams three Daughters by my deceased Aunt a hundred pound apiece I do not give it to them for themselves nor are they to have the disposall of it for I leave it up to my Executor to dispose of it for their childrens use as he thinks proper.

     Item: I give and bequeath unto Cousin _ Tredway Wainwright and his 3 children the sume of Tenn pounds apiece and if any them dyes before they are eighteen or marryed then their Tenn pounds ____ shall go between the other children.

     Item: I give and bequeath to Cousin (blank) Wainwright Twenty pounds.

     Item: I give and bequeath to my ____ Kell__ a Ring is five pound.

     Item: I give and bequeath to my Aunt Martha Broxolm twenty pound and a Ring.

     Item: I give and bequeath to my Cousin Noel Broxolm twenty pound and a Ring.

     Item: I give and bequeath to Midgham parish one hundred pound to be laid out as my Executor thinks proper.

     And also I give to St. ____ where I .

     And the remainder of my Estate I would have it divided between my 3 children in this manner George having half the others between Son Tim and Daughter Nash my Watch and Chain to Eliz. Nash my inlaid Chest of Drawers to Mary Nash my Grandchildren. If I have given more than I am possest of when I dye every one must bear a proportion.
