     In the name of God Amen. I Arther Tredway of the parish of Beaconsfield in the County of Bucks Cordwainer – Being sick & weak in Body But of perfect mind & memory thanks Be to God for itt & calling to mind the mortality of the body Doe make & ordain this my Last will & testament in Manner & form following that is to say first & principaly I will & bequeath My soul unto the Hands of Almighty God that gavestt to mee trusting to be saved by the Merrits of my Savyour Jesus Christ & by none other & for my Body I recommend to the Earth to be buried in a Christian manner at the Discretion of my Executor Hearinafter mentioned & as touching of my Worldy Goods as the Lord Hath lent mee I Dispose of in manner & forme following:Item I give unto my son Thomas Tredway the sume of three pounds of Good & Lawfull money to be paid Him in twelfe monthe after My Decease.

     Item I give unto my son Auther Tredway the sume of two pounds of goode & lawfull money to be paid Him in twelfe months after my decease

     Item I give unto my son Inoyn Tredway the sume of three pounds of good & lawfull money to be paid to him in twelfe months after my decease

     Item I give unto my son John Tredway the sume of three pounds of good & lawfull money to be paid to him in twelfe months after my decease

     Item I give unto my daughter Sarah the sume of three pounds of good and lawfull money to be paid to her in twelfe monthe after my decease

     Item I give unto my daughter Elizabeth the sume of three pounds of good & lawfull money to be paid in twelfe months after my decease

     Item I give to my daughter Ann the sume of three pounds of good & lawfull money to be paid in twelfe months after my decease

     Item I give unto my son John all my working tools & lasts & allto [?] what Leather or other things that belong to my trade be or remain in my shop att the time of my decease—

     Item I give unto my daughter Mary Tredway all my goods & book debts & money overe above what payes my legacies home whom I make & ordain my whole & sole Executer revoking all other wills before by me made—Rattifying & confirming this to be my last will & testament in Wittness where of I have hereunto sett my hand & seal this twelfe day of March in the yeare of our Lord one thousand seven hundred & thirty two.
