I Ann Tredway after my just Debts and ffuneral Expenses discharged I do give and bequeath all the rest of my Estate Real and Personal in manner and form following:
I give to my son George Treadway 1500 pounds in Mony and One Annuity of fifty pounds a year for his life, Annuity which I hold
I likewise give to my son Timothy 500 pounds in Mony and fifty pounds Annuity which I hold during the life of Catherine Treadway his Wife shall be for the use of Tim Treadway during his Life If he dyes before his Wife I give the fifty pounds fifty pounds a year to her.
I here order and direct that my son George Treadway must pay out of his Annuity 7 pounds a year to Sister Broxoline during her Life and Tim 3 pounds a year to my said Sister during her Life out of his Annuity.
I give to Cosen Mathus 10 pounds I would have Daughter Nash have the Mony and give One Shilling and six pence a week til tis paid.
Nephew and Neece Knapp a Ring of One Guinea each to Doctor Broxoline and his Lady the Same
To Daughter Nash 100 pounds To Richard Nash Ann Nash Elizabeth Nash Mary Nash George Nash Catherine Nash Treadway Nash, my Grand Children fifty pounds in Mony to each of them to be paid to them at eighteen.
10 pounds to my Daughter Catherine Treadway.
I would be buried privately no pallbearers the Servants in the house where I dye twenty Shillings each and my Maid the same and some of my cloths the rest my Daughter Nash do what she please with If son Nash be indebted to me I forgive him.
And to 10 poor ffamilies 10 Shillings each of homsey?
And the remainder of my Estate I would have it divided between my 3 children in this manner George having half the others between Son Tim and Daughter Nash my Watch and Chain to Eliz. Nash my inlaid Chest of Drawers to Mary Nash my Grandchildren. If I have given more than I am possest of when I dye every one must bear a proportion.
3 hundred pounds Sterling I leave to Mary Nash my Grand Daughter when the Legacy which her Aunt Catherine left her is due Provided She gives Tim a full discharge for Principal and Interest. If she will not consent to do so I give to the 3 hundred pounds to Tim Treadway.
And if any Effect should appear due to use after the making of this Will My Intention is that such Effects should be divided as I have left in my Will to my Children.
I desire Mr. George Knapp in Basinghall Street to be my Executor to this my last Will and Testament and hope he will take the Trouble and accept of 30 Guineas.

Since I have made my Will I have purchased of Mr. Hillersdon the Annuity of 50 pounds a year to Catherine Treadway during her life and after her death which Annuity I give to Timothy Treadway her husband during his life
