No. 860 Know ye that we have given and granted unto Daniel Tradaway a Tract of Land containing One hundred and Eleven Acres lying and being in our County of Anson Beginning at a white oak on a drain? Laurell’s branch and runs North Seventy five West one hundred and twelve poles crossing his spring branch to a hicory (sp) the South fifteen West one hundred and sixteen poles to a small white oak Near John Mitchell’s South Corner then South seven and a half degrees East forty poles to his line at a Stake Two black Jacks and two white oaks then South Seventy five East one hundred and fifty six poles to the Beginning To Hold to the said Daniel Tradaway his heirs and assigns forever Dated the 7th day of August 1787
