Harford County [illegible line] Came Thomas Cunningham & Geo Cunningham Administrators De Bonis Non of Clothworthy Cunningham late of Harford County deceased and made oath on the Holy Evangelists [?] Almighty God that the foregoing is a true and proper Inventory of all & singular the goods and chattels of the said deceased that hath come to their hands and possession at the time of the making there- of, and what hath since or shall hereafter come to their hands possession or knowledge they will return in an additional inventory, That they know of no concealment of any part or parcel of the deceased’s estate by any person whatsoever and if they should here- after discover any concealment or suspect any to be they will make it known to the Judges of the Orphans Court or the Register [?] it may be enquired into the wording (?) to [?]

The Condition of this obligation is such that of the within bounder Thomas Cunningham & George Cory Cunningham Administrator de bonus non of all and singular the goods chattels and credits of Clothworthy Cunningham late of Harford County Deceased unadministered by Mary Cunningham the former adminstratrix since also deceased do make or cause to be made as true and perfect inventory of all and singular the goods chattels and credits of the said deceased unadministered by the former administratrix which have or shall come to the hands possession or knowledge of the said George Cory Cunningham or into the hands & possession of any other person or persons for him and the same so made do exhibit or cause to be exhibited into the registry of our orphans court at or before the twenty seventh day Jan’y ____seeing and the same goods chattels and credits of the said deceased at the tme of his death which at anytime after shall come to the hands possession or knowledge of him the said Thos Cunningham George Cory Cunningham or into the hands or possession other person or persons for him or into the hands or possession of any other person or persons and not heretofore administered by the aforesaid Mary Cunningham do will and truely administer according to law viz shall pay the debts of the said deceased so far forth as his personal estate shall ____ and the law will charge as also all such reasonable charges and fees as have risen or shall arise or become due to any of the officers of this state from the said George Cory Cunningham and Thomas Cunningham on account of the said deceased or his estate and further do make or cause to be made a true and just account of his said administration at or before the twenty seventh day of Oct ____ viz all the rest and residue of the said goods chattels and credits which shall be found remaining on the said administrators account the same being first examined and allowed of by the judge or judges as for the time being of the said court shall deliver and pay unto the person or persons appointed by law to receive the same then this obligation to be void and of none effect or also to remain in full force power and virtue.
