     I Lizzie Treadway widow of deceased James Treadway respectively ask that you have her year allowance allotted to her and her children, namely to wit: Wade Treadway, Emleyn Treadway, Lee Treadway, Charley and Grover & account of the personal property of her husband James T.      To James Haynie, Justice of the Peace: In compliance with bequest of Lizzie Treadway, widow of James Treadway, deceased, the undersigned administrator of James Treadway, deceased respectively ask that you will summon two disinterested persons qualified to act as jurors as commissioners who shall after being by you duly sworn to act impartially together with yourself, ascertain the number of the family of James Treadway, deceased and examine the stock, crop and provisions on hand and assign to the widow of the said James Treadway deceased, so much thereof as is allowed by law and put her in possession of the same. Should there be a deficiency of such crop, stock or provisions for said purpose, you are respectively requested to order such deficiency stating the amount thereof to be made up from the personal estate of said deceased. Herein fail not.

Tweed and Bob Crow Commissioners, duly summoned and sworn do hereby assign and allot to Lizzie Treadway, widow of James T. Treadway deceased, the following articles of personal property of the values annexed to wit:
Cne cow valued $18.00
Ten bushels of corn $5.00
100 Pounds of meat
$9.00 Household goods, three beds complete $15.00
One cook stove $10.00
One sewing machine $15.00
One table and dishes $2.50
One bureau $2.00
Glassware $3.00
Crockery .50
Chicks $2.00
$319.58 Total

     We also find upon examination that the number of family exclusive of herself is fine. There being a deficiency articles on hand to make up the year’s support we assess such deficiency at $401.42 to be paid by the personal Representation of said James T. Treadway. Judgement for Deficiency
 
     In this case of Commissioners who were appointed to lay off allot to Lizzie Treadway, widow of James T. Treadway, deceased her years allowance out of the crop, stock and provisions of her deceased husband having filed a description list showing a deficiency amount of $401.42, it is therefore ordered and adjudged and decreed that the said Lizzie Treadway recover of Lee A. Ramsey as the administrator of the said James T. Treadway, deceased the sum of $401.42 to be paid when personal assets come into the hands together with the costs of this proceeding. W. H.
