     In the Name of God Amen I Thomas Tredway Citizen and Glover of London considering the certainty of death and being of sound and disposing mind and memory desire to make this my last Will and Testament thanks to almighty God for the same Imprimis and desire to recommend my Soul to the mercy of almighty God in the hope of the forgiveness of all my sins through the Lord(s) son Christ my Body to the Earth to be interred in the vault at Lee in the County of Kent in as a private a manner as possible and after the full payment and decrease of my just Debts sickness and ffuneral Expenses I give devise and bequeath as follows that is to say

     Imprimis – I Give and bequeath unto Mr. Ri__ Williams the Glover of Cornhill London Draper the Sum of one fifty pounds

Item I Give and bequeath uno Daniel Peacock of Cornhill London Gentleman the Sum of one hundred pounds

Item I Give and bequeath unto Protestant Dissenters from the Presbyterian denomination the Sum of seventy pounds

Item I Give and bequeath unto Martha Tredway of Cradle Court of Aldersgate Street the Sum of ten pounds

Item I Give and bequeath unto John Carter of White Cross Street near Old Street Church the Sum of ten pounds

Item I Give and bequeath unto Elizabeth the Wife of Jonathan Devonshire my Re__ant the Sum of five pounds five Shillings for her sole and separate use independent of the intermeddling of her said Husband and l___ receipt only to be a good and sufficient discharge to my Executors

Item I Give and bequeath unto the Reverand Samuel Girle son of Ann Girle of Mare Street Hackney the clerk loan picture of the Reverend Mr Samuel Rosewell deceased the rest residue and remainder of my Estate and Effects wheresoever and whatsoever to be disposed of and the procure after discharging the necessary expenses attending the same my Executors everafter named to retain to themselves or himself their several Expenses I give and bequeath unto the

Reverend Richard Clark of Hoxton Square for his sole use and benefit for over now and lastly I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint the said Daniel Peacock and Ri__ Williams Executors of this my last Will and Testament I further declare that either of my Said Executors shall be answerable or amountable for any more monies than shall actually have come to then several and respective hands nor shall either of them be answerable the acts Deeds Receipts or payments of the other but each only for his own part and food and finally I do hereby revoke and make now all former and other Wills by me at any time heretofore made and publish and declare ratify and confirm this only to be my last Will and Testament In witness whereof I cause hereunto set my hand and Seal this twelfth day of April in the year of our Lord God one thousand seven hundred and eighty

This Will was proved at London the fourth day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and eighty the Worshipful William Macham Doctor Laws Surrogate of the Right Worshipful beter? Calvert also Doctor of Laws Reopen or Commissary of the prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully nominated by the oaths of Daniel Peacock and Ric__ Williams the Executors named in the said Will to whom administration was granted of all and singular the Goods Chattels and Credits of the Deceased living been first sworn duly to administrator
