This is the last Will and Testament of John Treadaway of Prospect Place in the Parish of Croydon in the County of Surrey Bricklayer I direct that all my just debts and funeral and testamentary charges and expenses be in the first place duly paid and satisfied and that my body be decently buried in the Old Church yard of Croyton aforesaid with as last as expense as possible
I give and bequeath unto my dear Wife Elizabeth Treadaway All those my thirteen freehold messuages or tenements situate lying and being in Handross field in the parish of Croydon aforesaid then of them are commonly known or called as Prospect Place and are now or late in the several occupations of at myself Calito ___ Kemp ___ Tharp ___ Watson ___ Adam Ashby John Gator Walter Wakeman and another And also all these former freeholds messuages or tenements situate lying and being in Ho-croft? in the said Parish of Croydon and now or late in the occupation of
