In the Name of God Amen I Susanna Treadway of No 2 Little George Street Chelsea in the County of Middlesex Widow being in an infirm state of health but of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding do make this my last will and testament whereas under and by virtue of the last will and testament of my late husband E. Thomas Treadway deceased I am entitled in and to the virtue and undivided at the lease of a messuage or tenement situate and being No 2 Little George Street aforesaid and in order to prevent any responding after my decease responding the same between my children I do dispose at the same in the following manner that is to say
first I desire that Edward Hudson Pole? of Princes Street Henry Lane in the County of Middlesex ___ M__ and William Johnson senior of Lombard Street Chelsea aforesaid __ian my Executors hereinafter named shall ___ and ___ my son William Frederick Tredway his executors
