In the name of God Amen I Ligonier Treadway of Kirbymoorside in the County of Your Cleark living of sound mind memory and understanding do make this my last Will and Testament in manner following viz
After payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses I give and bequeath to Jane Gray Treadway my lawful Wife all and every my real estate and Estates and penalties of what nature or kindsoever that I may have at the time of my death Upon trust ___less and to and for the interests and purposes following that is to say
I give and bequeath to my brothers John and ffrancis Treadway the sum of twenty pounds each also five Guineas to Thomas Garrison (for a ring)

Surgeon and Apothecary of Kirbymoorside aforesaid And I hereby further do constitute and appoint Jane Gray Treadway aforesaid my sole Executrix to this my Last Will and Testament
In Witness whereof I the said Ligonier Treadway have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty fourth day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety nine
