     In the Name of God Amen I David Treadaway of the parish of St. Francis in the liberty of Westminster and County of Middlesex County of perfect and sound mind and memory and understanding to make publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament in manner following that is to say ffirst I do most solemnly and sincerely recommend my precious Soul to Almighty God who gave it to and my Body to be decently buried in a Lead Coffin at Chalfont St. Peters near Uxbridge and that at the time of my ffuneral the Coffin be placed on the Table at the Greyhound Inn at Chalfont aforesaid and a Glass of Wine be drank by the attendants over the same after which my Will is that six Men of the place carry the Coffin to the  Church and to have each half a Crown for their trouble and as to my Worldly Effects and Estate I dispose of them as follow

     Imprimis I will that all my lawful Debts and ffuneral Expenses be paid and then I give to my Brother Thomas Treadaway fifty pounds

     Item I give to my Sister Ann Johnston fifty pounds or if she be dead I give it to her husband 

     Item I give to my Sister Sarah Wetherby fifty pounds 

     I give to my Heirs Elizabeth Treadaway and Mary Allen to each of them fifty pounds

     Item I give to my two sons of my Nephew William Johnson deceased twenty five pounds to each of them

     Item I give to my Executor Will Strotham of Amersham in the County of Bucks Baker one hundred pounds and all the rest residue and remainder of my Estate and Effects whatsoever Debs Dues Claims and Demands I give to the said William Strotham for his own proper use or in case he be dead I give the same to his Wife and in case any of the sums due to me shall not be able to be recovered by my Executor but be last Then my Will is that each of the above mentioned Legacies shall bear and sustain the said loss in proportion to their respective sums and I hereby nominate constitute and appoint the said William Strotham Executor this this my Will hereby revoking disannulling and making said all other Wills by me at  any time heretofore made I declare this only to be and contain my true last Will and Testament 

In Witness whereof I the said David Treadaway the Testator have hereunto set my hand and Seal this twenty third day of June int he thirteenth year of the reign of King George the third and in the year of our Lord Christ one thousand seven hundred and seventy three
