In the Name of God Amen I John Tredway of the parish of West Drayton in the County of Middlesex Yeoman being weak in body But of a perfect Sound Mind Memory and Understanding thanks be Given to Almighty God for the Same To present all Disputes and Controversies after my Decease Do this Twenty Seventh Day of October in the Thirteenth year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second by the Grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith And in the year of Our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and fifty Six make and publish this my Last Will and Testament in the following manner. And as for Such Wordly Estate as it hath pleased God to bless me with in this life I Give Devise and Bequeath of the Same as followeth (That is to Say)
I Give Devise and Bequeath Unto my Loving Wife Ann Treadway All and Singular My Household Goods Cattel Chattels Ready Money Monies Owing to me and Person(al) Estate of what name or nominations soever and wheresoever after all my Just Debts and funeral Expenses are fully paid and Discharged Out of the Same To Have and to hold the Same from and _____ after my Decease unto her the said Loving Wife Ann Treadway and to Heirs and Assigns for Ever And I do Constitute Make and Ordain for my Said Loving Wife Ann Treadway full and Sole Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto Set my Hand and Seal the Day and year above written

Signed Sealed published pronounced and Declared by the said John Treadway to be his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each others have Subscribed our Names as Witnesses hereunto
