On the application of Chrispin Tredway and Sarah Tredway Executors of Daniel Tredway late of Harford County Deceased, Ordered that the said Executors sell all the Personal Estate of the said Deceased at Public Sale on a credit of six months taking bond or note from the purchases of Interest from the date with good security the Executors first giving ten days notice by advertisement at the court house Door and several of the most public places in the neighbourhood where the sale is to be made of the time place and Terms of Sale and a list of sales make[sic] out in which shall appear in two separate columns the amount of sale and appraised value of each article solo.
