I doe make this my last willI I do thus dispose of my estate.

First, I give to Nathaniell Treadaway about three acres of Upland lying behinde his dwelling howse & one acre unbroken before ye said howse with nine acres purchased lately of John Vahan

furter I give my wife, Nathaniell Treadaway & Anne Stonne ye wife of John Stonne of Sudburyye wares with all ye previldges thereto belonginge & all ye is due to me from Mr. Thom. Mayhew: to either of them one third part.

I give to Mary Knowles & Elisabeth Knowles each of them one sheep

And all ye rest of my estate, howsinge Lands Chattles Moveable goods & debts I give to my wife. If she shall not make use of or dispose of my estate during her life what she Leave Anne Stonne shall have one third part of all ye Cattle

And all ye rest of my estate, howsinge Lands Chattles Moveable goods & debts I give to my wife. If she shall not make use of or dispose of my estate during her life what she Leave Anne Stonne shall have one third part of all ye Cattle

& all ye rest of ye Cattle howsinge Lands Debts & moveables I give to Nathaniell Treadaway

my wife, Nataniell Treadaway & John Stonne executors of this my last will

And I doe appoint John Sherman Suprouvisour of this my last will. & I give unto him fiftye shillings to be paid by my wife in half a year after my Decease
