I, Mary E. Justice of Carter Co., Tennessee do make and publish this as my last will and testament, hereby revoking any and all wills by me heretofore made.
First : Whereas I having advanced two hundred and fifty ($250.00) dollars to my beloved husband H. N. Justice, which was paid on the 10 shares of Treadway Feed Co. stock now held by him, and which has never been paid to me, and having spent sixty dollars ($60.00) on dwelling house, also having spent about twenty five dollars ($25.00) on milk house, and more of the above mentioned sums have been paid to me. Now in view of the above mentioned amounts I direct that my beloved husband H. N. Justce shall pay my funeral and burial expenses and debts and shall have the remainder of said amount.
Second: I direct that my beloved husband H. N. Justice shall have all of my property in Greene County, consisting of car, buggy, and household goods etc., with the exception of one complete bed and quilts, except stand which I give to my nephew Bob Treadway son of my brother R. R. Treadway.
Third: I direct that my beloved brother J. M. Treadway shall have “The” two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) which I loaned him some years ago, and which is now unpaid.
Fourth: I direct that if I should remain at my beloved brother W. R. Treadways for some time during my sickness, that he W. R. Treadway shall have fifty dollars ($50.00) to be paid out of the one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) stock of the Treadway Feed Co.
Fifth: I direct that after W. R. Treadway is paid fifty dollars ($50.00) out of the Treadway Feed Co. stock that the remainder of said stock when sold shall be divided between four of my beloved brothers equally as follows: J. H. Treadway 1/4 interest, W. R. Treadway 1/4 interest, Geo. E. Treadway 1/4 interest, R. R. Treadway 1/4 interest.
Sixth: I direct that my four brothers J. H. Treadway, W. R. Treadway, Geo. E. Treadway and R. R. Treadway shall erect or have erected to my grave said amount to be paid from the money derived from the sale of the Treadway Feed Co. Stock, each brother paying an equal amount.
Seventh: I appoint my beloved brother Geo. E. Treadway to be the executor of this my last will and testament this October 27, 1923.
