     First, I hereby revoke all wills and codicils then that I have heretofore made.

     Second, I desire that all my just debts and honest debts be first paid out of my property.

     Third, After the payment of all my debts aforesaid I give and bequeath to John M. Stone, my son and Charles Allen, my grandson equally, by this I mean that the above devisees shall share and share alike, all my property, both real and personal and mixed, that I may have at the time of my death.

     In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand at Manchester, Kentucky, this 30th day of December 1958.
