     I John B. Treadway, being of sound mind, do hereby make and publish this my last will and testament revoking hereby all wills that I may have formerly made.

     First, It is my will that all my just debts be paid if any owing at my death and including my funeral expenses.

     Second, I hereby will and bequeath to my wife Mary Treadway all of my property both personal and real and mixed and including my live stock, farming implements, machinery, grain or feed, household goods, notes, money and in short all and every kind of personal property that I may died seized and possessed of. Also I will and bequeath to my said wife Mary Treadway all of my real estate including my farm situated in the 14th District of Carter County Tenn. containing about 150 acres and bounded by the lands of Ellis, R. B. Hyder, Jacob Treadway and others, and also the house and lot in Elizabethton that we now occupy as a home and situated in the Johnson Addition.

     Third, I nominate my wife Mary Treadway as Executor of my estate and I request that she be allowed to serve without executing bond. In witness whereof I have hereunto affixed my signature this the 1st day of February 1913.
