     I Jennie Treadway do make and publish this as my last will and testament revoking and making void any and all others by me at any time made.

     First, I direct my funeral expenses and all my just debts be paid out of what ever money I may died possessed of or out of the first money that may first come into the hands of my executor.

     Secondly, I will and bequeath to my son George L. Treadway all my undivided one half interest in the lands willed to my mother Elizabeth Dice formerly Elizabeth Woodward by my Grandfather Abraham Woodward, said lands lying and being in the 7th Civil District of Jefferson County, Tenn. in and near the town of New Market. Consisting of two tracts, one tract of Ten acres adjoining the lands and bounded as follows: Bounded on the north by the Nancy’s Ferry Road, on the south and East by Y. W. Long and in the West by J. Larrances heirs. The other tract undividing dwelling house where my father G. W. Dice now lives and bounded on the east by Pike Road on the West by J. H. G. Griffins on the north by Thornburgh, Muirs, and others and on the south by Loss (sic) Creek containing about (15) fifteen acres.

     Thirdly, Upon the event my son George L. Treadway should die before he arrives at twenty one years of age then and upon that event I will and bequeath to my husband William Treadway all of the above described tracts of land (that is my one half interest in said lands).

     Fourthly, I appoint Mahlon Haworth as my executor to this my last will and testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto affixed my signature this 30th day of July 1887.
