     In the name of God Amen I Elizabeth Tredway of Ketton in the County of Rutland widow being of Right Remembrance (blessed be god) do ordain and make this my last will and Testament in manner and forme following:

     In primis: I bequeathe my soule into the hands of god re___ upon his grace for Submission through the Lord first and my body I leave to be buryed in the Chappell of Ketton aforesaid next to the Grave of my Sonne Edmond att the discretion of my Executors And for my good whereunto the Lord hath blessed me I bequeath them as followeth:

     First: I give unto the poore of Ketton aforesayd ffour poundes.

     Item: To the Towne of Easton by Stamford three poundes to be distributed to the poore aforesayd att the time of my death according to the discretion of my Executors viz the minster and church readers in both Townes.

     Item: I give to my sonne Robert Tredway one hundred poundes and to his wife tenn poundes to buy her a Ring.

     Item: I give my Daughter Armyne all my plate and household stuff (excepting ten payre of my best sh___ and Diamond Ring which were my Daughter Horsmans which I give to my Grandchild Mary Armyne).

     Item: I give unto my sonne Mr. Blyth (whom I desire and hope wilbe mindfull and kind unto my Grandchildren his two Daughters a w___ which were my Daughter Horsmans.

     Item: I give to my ffour (three) Granchildren William John and Thomas Tredway which are Apprentices att London to be divided amongst them ffour score pounds.

     Item: To George Alice Elizabeth and Katherine Tredway to every one of them Twenty pounds apeece And I give unto my two other Grandchildren Elizabeth and Mary Blythe Twenty pounds apeece.

     And I give my sayd Grandchildren Elizabeth and Mary that my Trunke which was my sonn Edmondes and all E__ges and whatsoever ys in ytt and allso all the household goods which were my Daughter Horsmans (excepting one Downe bedd which I give to my Daughter Armyne) to be equally divided between them when they shall accomplish these severall ages of one and Twenty years or uppon the day of their marryage which shall first be.

     And my will is that my Executors shall deliver or ____ to be safely delivered within Twenty days after my decease a true note or Inventory of all the E__ges in the sayd Trunke and all of the goods which were my Daughter Horsmans into the handes of my sonne Mr Blyth by himm safely to be kept and delivered to my Grandchildren at afforesayd.

     Item: I give a gold chain with Earings which were her mothers to Elizabeth Blyth.

     And my will is that every one of the sayd Legacys given to these my Grandchildren shalbe payed unto them by my Executors when they shall accomplish the severall age of one and twenty years apeece.

     And my will further is that yf any of my Granchildren aforesaid shall depart this lyfe before they shall their severall age of one and Twenty years then the Legacy or Legacys of the deceased shalbe equally divided amongst the Survivors or left whoe to the survivors of them according to the cash rate and proportion aforesaid.

     And my will is that if any one of the survivors shall receive their part the Legacy of the deceased att the age of one and Twenty years.

     Item: One hundred pounds which is in the hands of my sonne Armyne Given by my Sister Waller to my Children living at my decease I leave to be equally divided by my sonne Tredway and Daughter Armyne.

     And to every Servant in the I give personally ten shillings apeece.

     Item: I give unto my Servant Joan Mowry a whole years wages above what shalbe ____ to her.

     Item: I give unto her the Gowne which I wore on the Sabbath day which was last made last made ____ the k___ belonging yt and some of my ordinary wearings. ____ and all of the goods and Chattels yet not given.

     Item: I give unto her the Gowne which I wore on the Sabbath day which was last made under the ____ any which was made ____ the ____ belonging ytt and some of my ordinary wearings. ____ and all of the goods and Chattels yet not given.

     Item: I give unto my loving sonn Ivers Armyne whom I make sole and whole Executor of this my last will and Testament.
